Described as the largest city centre retail scheme in Scotland with a floor area of 100,000 square metres on six to seven floors. The project is located immediately adjoining Buchanan Street underground station and the rail tunnels which enter the station. It is also built over the rail tracks which enter Queen Street Station. We liaised closely with Strathclyde Passenger Transport and Railtrack to ensure that all engineering work met with their requirements and that the safety of the railway was not impaired
